Hulkbuster vs. Crossbones 6.1.5?

Because Hulkbuster can reduce the damage taken from poison when he has 2 armor ups, and he can regenerate a fair bit, could he hypothetically take down 6.1.5 Crossbones? How easy/tough would it be? Would he need to be awakened or require synergies?
