6 STAR OPENED ITSELF?

So in this months side quest i was finally able to get my very first 6 star, i had just finished grinding out the paths and fibally had 10k 6 star shards on the dot.
I decided i wanted to wait and see what it would be tomorrow since i felt unlucky with my more recent pulls. Well anyways i left the app just to get on later that day and see a 6 star Karnak in my roster. I was excited at firat thinking i got a free 6 star, but that quickly changed to dismay once inrealised my crystal was gone. Kabam if you are seeing this please help, i tried out this champion and he absolutely sucks...if i had pulled him on my own i wouldn't mind...but i didn't. I would submit a help ticket but i don't know how.
