Is nick fury ever going to be fixed? Or is it forever going to be a gamble everytime I use him?

    From his persistent charge not loading into a quest. His tactical charges not falling off in decoy phase and able to be constantly unblockable in decoy phase. To now the thing I'm noticing is real nick fury comes out tactical charges are falling off and don't gain right amount of charges to go unblockable in fury phase. He is the most broken champ in the game and kabam just doesn't fix him. If I could post my screen recording here I would but the file type is not accepted.     For myself and an alliance mate, when starting fights his lmd is already gone and is in his second phase. Fury has been broken for a long time hope this time they can get him fixed.
