Mysterio Bug or am I mistaken?

In 7.2.5 path A miles morales is evading Mysterio. No armor breaks on mysterio, he has his helmet. So how is miles evading?

Do you have poisons on him ?

If poison was NOT inflicted they can evade

I’m not one to usually miss a like of text but I sure did! His evasion counter does kinda suck!
