I'm asking this only because last year we got 6k 6 star shards.
[Definitely not joking, I had no other way to have a 6 star even before I got uncollected]
But considering the fact this is a lil old, and we had it last year too, we must have it this year hopefully!
They better give us another one, cuz I only need 50 more 6* shards for my first crystal.

And whilst you chastise me for allegedly being rude, you are mocking me. Nice.
It's cool that you're playing the game the way that you want to play it, at the pace that you want to play it.
However, if you decide to continue at your current progression level, playing the events that you're comfortable with (which is fine), please don't come to the forums and complain that you're not getting enough shards to pull your next 5* or 6* character that will hopefully get you to the next level.
If you want to progress in this game, there are two ways to do so. Spend some money, or push yourself to complete some content. There are plenty of very accomplished summoners on this forum that have gotten themselves to their current progression level without spending a dime. There are also quite a few that have spent some money to get where they are.
The bottom line is, if you want to move forward, you will need to spend something, either time or money.
Stop complaining and pick one
I understand that you find the monthly ones fun, but if you want more of the juicy rewards, both from Monthly and side quests, you might want to get better at the story quests too.
