Who to use R4-R5 mutant gem on?

I just finished V3 100 % and got a mutant rank up gem. I'm not sure on who i should use it. I'd like to run suicide and my next goal is to complete act 6, i'm currently cavalier.

I do have a mutant AG if it is needed to awaken one of the options.

Colossus IMO is the best option here. Immunities and very big damage. Prof X Is good but immunities will definitely come in clutch

Miss and evade counter. Reverse controls immunity is great against the Grandmaster

Colossus for immunities and high damage. But if you're fine with ghost and bwcv, may go stryfe (don't have him) or prof X for inverted controls immunity.
Also may keep it for some time and go dual crystals for apoc, AA or havok

If you run suicides Colossus all the way, he would be a great addition to your already healthy suicide squad.

And if you choose not to run suicides at this time, Colossus is still the best choice
