If you’re between Acts 1-5 then definitely Sunspot.

Act 6 he is still very good but with Certain Nodes it’s easier to use other champs

If he's at a point where 4* are considered in rank ups, then a 4* sunspot is really good for him. He can r3 the better 5* he gets from beating content with Sunspot, with the resources Sunspot gets him.
