**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Will my account be banned for playing on an Acer chromebook?

I recently bought a chromebook and am able to download and play MCOC on it. I know Kabam is strict on what devices you can play on, so I was wondering if playing on a chromebook is banned.

Iirc kabams stance on it is that you can play it with a touchscreen computer like a chromebook

Thanks. I forgot to include that it is a touchscreen computer that folds back and that I downloaded MCOC from the Play Store and not an emulator.

That's a different story. Still seems risky. Maybe start an alt account play it for a while to see what happens.

This has come up and as far as I know, the only warning they give is that if you use some sort of controller, the game may have issues because it isn't optimized for that. But if you're downloading it from the Google store and playing on the touch screen I'm 99% sure you'll be fine.

Ohh so gaming phones that can attach a controller like this is a no no?

in theory it doesn't matter what device you play it on as long as an official app store that carries mcoc is supported on said device. It's not the device kabam has a problem with it's the emulators

You can use a controller. I tried one of those devices and it won't work with the game.

I used an attachable controller a while ago. Worked fine but too much input lag to ever replace my fingies

For using your chromebook, use a different account than your main for a bit to make sure you don’t get banned
