If the kylntar buff isn't active, Venom can't counter evade.

Buffet nullifies the kylntar buff at the start of the fight

Hey there, Venom can only prevent Evasion while his Klyntar Buff is active. If Buffet removes it, he won't be able to prevent Spider-Verse Heroes from evading.
