Kabam why can't you fix this

Going into a AQ fight get the loading screen for 5 mins, (it's not my connection) of course get disconnected then my full health champ is now 1/2 health, something that has been happening for the longest, Kabam are you that desperate for us to use resources, what kind of fair play is this....

This happens because people could force close their games if they lost the fight and redo it and abused the hell out of it. Blame the player not game.

so you're saying because of that it fails to connect, that's absurd, fix the connection problem, 2nd I'm sure the game can detect when you're about to enter the fight, and not even getting to the fighting part of the game , and when you already started fighting n paused, lets not be naive

I think what he is describing is when you get infinite loading when trying to start the fight and then getting the inevitable disconnect, not disconnected during the fight. I don't see any reason we should lose any health on our champs in aq if we get stuck in loading screen before actually getting into the fight itself. As long as no hits were thrown what is the harm done? It isn't like who the opponent is is a big secret most of the time.

Because they can't decipher who is closing the game and who is timing out. I get what the issue is with the connection but let's not be naive and not realise that's why they take half your life.

I've been reporting this for months and still no change. It happens in Map 5. I press "fight" and then it begins loading and never stops. I have to restart my phone, go back in, then to see my champ lost 50% health. I try again and same result but now my champ has 25% health. On my third try, I'm finally given access. So, it seems to me, I'm only allowed to fight if my champ has 25% health. SMH. If Glory wasn't so valuable, I would give up participating in AQ or even be part of an Alliance for that matter.

As far as I know this has been a "feature" of the game since I started.

This became an issue for me last August when Kabam pushed an update to the game engine. There have been numerous reports about this and similar issues. Just look at my thread:

Kabam reps keep closing all the threads mentioning crashes while Kabam Miike asserts that "This is not a wide spread or known issue."

There might be numerous reasons behind this. The fact is that the app worked before that update got pushed out and it has been experiencing all kinds of bugs since then. In short, it appears that code development was not done in compliance with the best industry standards, corners were cut, nobody is willing to accept responsibility, some might even be content because players spend more cash for items. Who knows, it might be the case that the developers who coded the new engine have been already fired or otherwise left the company and nobody currently has any clue about what they managed to mess up in the process. This is why Kabam asks everybody to submit all these reports. Because they have no clue. Because it is very costly to debug somebody else's code.

But this business with shutting down threads and dismissing players' complaints and concerns simply appears as a cover up of epic incompetence. But what they don't get is that this is not going to help them. Their CEO needs to go back to B-school or, maybe, read some HBR studies on the topic.
