Since last Summer, when an August 2020 update was pushed out, my personal experience with the MCOC app has been just awful. I have had it all: frequent app crashes and disconnects that resulted in a loss of half of the health of my champion in AQ and AW or lost fights in Arenas, game freezes, inputs not registering, critical fights and winning streaks lost as a result, etc. Many players reported that they had to leave their alliances as they could no longer perform. Many people left the game altogether. There have been numerous posts about these issues on these forums. A typical response from Kabam, if any, was to direct us to submit detailed information in either respective iOS or Android threads. This, by itself, was bad enough. But a couple of days ago, I experienced a proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.

On June 3rd, Jabally posted in his thread "CRASHING EVERY 2 FIGHTS":

Again, from Kabam perspective, this is NOT a KNOWN ISSUE !!!
