Cavalier player with 190k base rating has 0 prestige

I admited a new guy in our ally today, he is cavalier and level 55, and it shows that his prestige is 0 (zero).
I restarted the game, checked again many times and it is still the same

How can that happen, should I worry if he is legit player or what? Would you please be so kind and answer me?

    I placed the member in Aq, still shows his prestige is 0, we are also losing on ally prestige this way, can someone from Kabam please answer me?

    Hey there, the forum really isn't the place to call out other players or make inquiries about individual accounts. If you believe you've encountered suspicious activity, you can report it to the Support Team by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the game's home screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
