Dooms sp3 stun and warlock interaction

Any idea why dooms sp3 passive stun doesnt stick on warlock. I tried it in quests only, 3 times and it didnt stick or rather didnt proc wld be right word coz i didnt see the passive stun icon itself. Anyone any idea?

It might have something to do with Warlock’s offensive aar.

Warlock infection reduces offensive ability accuracy. If you have even 1 of them on you, there is a chance for the aura of hazzareth and passive stun to fail.

warlock has offensive aar, so your chance to trigger the stun got decreased

I'll add to list too. Proxima has 200% oaar while she blocks, I pushed her to SP3 with my SP3, and got clapped
