He is de ideal amount of great.

Alone he is very sustainable because of the armors he gets. And he has great immunities.

With synergies that are very useful you can make him do a lot of damage, but do need to build it up over the fight.

With another great synergy you can even make him heal, after a rampup with the synergy partner.

So he is good on his own, but with synergies he can become amazing. Just like ghost. Already has great utility, but with synergies her damage skyrockets.
