White magneto pre fight ability

I've seen endgame players simp big time over white magneto, mostly for his pre-fight ability
so far I've known that it bypasses limber but im pretty sure it does something way more than that
can someone educate me on how valuable his pre-fight is? since i think im kinda sleeping on my 5 star one.

He also has god tier damage (not beyond god tier)

You never hear about it because Ragneto is so OP on his sp3
