IMO, as someone with dozens of 6 star champs now, when you first start collecting 6 stars, don't fret about your meh pulls. Focus on ranking up your 5 stars until you start pulling the 6 stars you want. If you only have a handful of 6 stars, then you prolly are doing content that does not require 6 star champs. Anyway, as you progress, the 6 star shards will flow faster and faster, and you'll pull some great champs.

Yes sure but only if you don't exchange omega and beast. Rest you can take Loki Karnak and YJ instead of gamore terrax and guilly. Btw guilly is getting buffed so you better be thankful to kabam

YJ is solid and a W, esp for ur acct and as a 6 star. his only downside is weak dmg, but that wont be a problem for u for awhile. So enjoy the good pull.

That's sort of rough, but doesn't disprove his point. He didn't specify when it would even out, just that it would once you obtain more.

My own roster looked more like yours and OPs, but once I started getting more and more shards, my pulls got better. For me, it was when I was able to start acquiring enough shards that I could "gamble" away 5k betting I would only end up opening Groot or some other crappy cosmic that my team is loaded with.

But at the end of the day, it seems worse than it is because the roster is small and often, you have better options in 5* form, but it really just takes one BGT pull to change your perspective. To OP, I don't think YJ is all that bad, I think it just stings more (legit no pun intended) because it's the most recent. Ultimately, you could have pulled worse. Groot is in that crystal, Cap/Ms Marvel/Khan, Drax, Antman, Abom, OG Cap/WW2, Fixit, AV, OG DD.... there's a lot of crappy champs. I wouldn't personally be excited about YJ, but I wouldn't rage throw my phone, either. He's just a shoulder shrug, sigh "Well, I guess it could be worse" kind of champ.

@Strike117 your 6* roster is good for only having 4 champs. Terrax is really good and guillotine is good with the purgatory synergy plus she’s getting buffed. If this was your roster last year, I’d agree that it’s bad but since terrax and guillotine are both champions who are getting or have buffs it’s not bad.

Omega Red is a really good option for the biohazard node in Cavalier EQ, even unawakened. At least if you don't have any other mutant champs who can deal with both bleed and poison.

It's such a shame that they released Spider-Ham the month before the YJ buff came out. I don't really think that YJ would have been universally loved if he'd been the only power sting-reliant champ in the Contest, but being compared to Spider-Ham certainly didn't help.

But I feel your pain. I pulled YJ just after they'd announced that he was getting a buff but a few days before they released his info, so I was psyched since I'm missing a really, really good science 6*. I was bouncing on clouds...for maybe three days. Then the info came out and I fell down hard from said clouds.

He doesnt. I have him at r3 and do not regret it. TO get him as your fourth 6* is huge. He requires no investment in sig or sig level. Just rank him up and use him to beat a huge variety of content.

I was just thinking my first 6* champs were, I believe, OG Cap Marvel, Loki, Storm, Yellowjacket, and Loki again awakening him. I thought that was so-so back in the day, but today apparently if someone pulled that as their first five 6* champs they would probably set their phone on fire and sue Kabam for pain and suffering.
