IHulk ability

IHulk is immune to the manipulations with regeneration, so, I think, petrify from mr. Fantastic shouldn’t be there, am I wrong?

They will show up, he just isn't going to be prone to their effects.

To heal block yes, but petrify is ability, that decreases regen, so IHulk should be immune I believe

Not affected and immune are two different things. View my previous comment.

He still gets those debuffs, but he's not affected or hindered by them.
If you have willpower, then you also heal back because of presence of them.
