Anyone one Else not getting Points in Alliance Help Event?

I helped my teammates about 100 times and no points were added. I have also restarted my phone and app multiple times and nothing. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Did you already have your help loyalty meter maxed? You can only contribute as many points as the help bar gets filled. If the bar is already filled, the points don't count.

Also, since the Loyalty Help limit has a different “Reset” time of day than when the Alliance Events (like Alliance Help) begins, it is possible you could have given all your Daily Help's earlier in the morning prior to the Help Event actually starting. Thus you could end the day still at 0 points for the Event (you will have to get in some Help Event points the next morning then, after the normally overnight Help Reset time).

And FYI, if you ask “well, how would I know if a Help Event will be starting on any given day (to know whether to give out Help in the morning before any Events change). Answer is that Loyalty Spend always occurs the day before Help Event does (so would be what is still finishing up in the morning prior to Help Event starting).
