Missing AW Season Rewards

Took part in 8-9 AWs this season and didn't get any rewards. Got a message saying the new season was on, but it had nothing to claim in it: re-checked the mail, the vault and the stash.
Anyway, I submitted a support ticket, but got a response saying I got all the right rewards I was entitled to.
Also, I'm not sure if I met the requirements, but I didn't get any season rewards after Season 25 ended either.

With the recent reward buff I'd really like to get those shards and that Nexus at the end of this season.

AW Seasons don’t run continually, back-2-back. There is (usually) 2 weeks of an “off-season” worth of “doesn’t count for points” wars that basically only reward the individual war stuff. This past time was actually 4 weeks inbetween real Seasons.

So announcement saying New War Season Started, DOES NOT have any rewards for previous season, because the previous season ended 4 weeks ago.

Any wars participated in during “off-season” also DO NOT COUNT toward the minimum # of wars needed to participate in during an actual Season.

You can always tell whether or not you are “in season” or “off-season” by looking at the 1st Pane of the Alliance War panes. As well as whether the History is giving you (or opponent) the added Bonus points for winning a war.
