Nightcrawler Nerf?

I just fought 2 NC's in AW, and both times NC didn't evade once, even before switching him to swashbuckling
Was he nerfed, did I miss it in the patch notes?

There have been no changes to NC.

Rng was on your side and maybe you used a champ that reduces his evade chance.

He evaded a bunch when I've fought him.
