Kabam please fix the issues we players are facing

This month has been full of chaos and confusion. And more so ever, this month has mostly benefited cavalier and higher players. The rifts on epic difficulty have produced serious issues and we summoners still can't get the entries as compensation. That 5 star awakening gem is so rare and highly valued item in-game still no entries in rifts as compensation @Kabam . Also one of the massive issues is that last month we got so many skill signature stones but no 5 star awakening gem for skill champions and no worthy 5 star too. Pls fix these issues @Kabam Miike @Kabam Porthos
