Internet error during AW fight

Why does fight recovery don't apply on AW? Even if it not applying that's okay but why my Champs health is getting reduced just bcz of some internet issue????

I was playing AW 50 mins ago, then suddenly my internet crashed and game got out of signal. I knew that fight recovery won't help so I didn't logged in soon. Now i.e. after 50mins. I logged in and boom my Champs health is 50%.
It is not happening first time. Last week also happened the same but I didn't complaint bcz some error was going on that time and some temporary changed were introduced.
But now everything is fixed and again this ###* is happening.

    It takes you back, but your champ has 1/2 health remaining. So annoying!

    It should be like when a fight is disrupted in a regular quest or arena. There is a fight recovery and you pick up where you left off without losing any health.
