I really wanted capiw to be rank 3 but maybe till i get my next science t5cc maybe i will dupe him and maybe will be able to save sigs...!!!

Thing is i really want capiw to ranked up but i thought maybe when i rank him up next time i may get one-two dupes on him so i can save few sigs perhaps...!!! And any among them is not bad option as already have 5/65 of both of them...!!!
