Heroes and God Crystals Not Appearing

I have enough shards for a cavities heroes and god crystals but they are not showing. Does anyone have anyway of helping me?

    I can still only see the iron tomb Cavs and not the heros and gods cavs and when I get the shards it shows this

    I'm on a Google pixel 3a and have Verizon. I updated the game to it's lastest version.

    Same issue for me, completed a Legendary run and earned the shards only to find the crystal is nowhere to be found. 😔

    Just to give some info I could see them until I bought the summer pass then they were missing

    seems to be resolved for me at least, got the crystal back in the tab
