Basic and Featured Arenas not appearing

For a number of weeks now the Basic and Featured champion arenas have not been appearing in my multiverse arenas. Only the crystal and catalyst ones have been. I checked a schedule and saw that there was supposed to be a Jubilee basic arena yesterday and that was definitely not showing.

What Title do you have?
Anyone that has not obtained the Uncollected title will only get the summoner trials arena.

It changed a couple weeks back.
