Seems like Dr. oct's lv3 not working, been doing his lv3 but as soon as it's done the opponents health is still the same even though it shows in his lv3 cinematics that health is being taken off!

i have the same problem since that hapened iam not using his lvl 3 anymore

Confirmed for me too, was just about to start a post with this and a few other post-16 bugs. Additionally, can't dash back with him after a 5-hit combo, he just stands still.
