T4 basic max inventory

Does anyone know at what level your max t4 basic inventory is increased to 6? My alt is level 38 and I can't get my first r4 cause I can't even hold enough at once...I have everything I need. If we have the resources there shouldn't basically be a level cap preventing us from ranking our champs.

You don't need to be ranking 5*'s to R4 to hit level 38 or clear content. My alt doesn't even have a r3 five star and is level 42.

I don't think I even had a rank 3 4* at level 42.
