Which 5* Skill to r4?

I just want a quick advice on which 5* skill to upgrade to r4/r5. I have Crossbones (duped), Mole Man, Killmonger. I like all 3 of em but I only have enough resources for one champ. So which one should I upgrade? I'm also currently exploring act 5.

Mole-man is a very good option for Act 5 and above content. He has a lot packed in him. @Thanks_D19 could probably say more than me.
