**UPDATES TO ENLISTMENT GIFTING EVENT:**
To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. For more information, please see this post: https://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/346104/updates-to-enlistment-gifting-event

**KNOWN ISSUE**
We have adjusted the node placement of the new AW maps to better allow path traversal. As a result, defender placements have been reset. Please, take a moment to re-place your defender setup. We will be pushing out a message in-game shortly.

How exactly is it fair for people who ranked up, used items and completed the challenge within the week because that is what was said when the event started. This event was supposed to be for players who have completed everything. People who become TB midway through the event are not the target of the event at all. If you are cav, milestone 6 gives you the rewards to become TB, which is a very good reward in my opinion.
Im here but rewards have not progressed is this because I have reached maximum rewards for my skill
Keeping in mind that it is high-level content (or supposed to be so, cause week 4 and 5 pretty doable with multiple options (if we are not talking about objectives)), there is one question bothering me.
Will the 6* Nexus be 3-position or more-position? Cause next fights I am sure will be pain in the mess, and, honestly, very interesting will it be juicy choice, or, like always, "meh"-choice?
Except, the darkhark path is still open, I beat this last week.
Did I get stooged? Do I have to do it again?
WHY??? BUG?
I've defeated SoP fights per the Thronebreaker objectives - as I'm sure many Cav players have - and those earned rewards won't be seen due to T5CC rng. If we can defeat the GM and accomplish the Thronebreaker objectives for SoP, I really don't understand why we can't earn the bonus points for the event.
After a variant 6 100% push this weekend for the T5CC crystal, I'm feeling very defeated after pulling the wrong class.
Spending that T5CC on any champ and getting at least 1 selector back from the TB objectives/SoP rewards is a free R3.
Rather than complain about it, put in the work that everyone else who is TB has already completed to get there.

Kinda pointless to do the objectives if you don't have TB title, that is the reason you are not getting the bonus points. I can complete an objective of SOP with my lvl 19 dummy account. It does not mean I deserve the SOP rewards.smh.
After a variant 6 100% push this weekend for the T5CC crystal, I'm feeling very defeated after pulling the wrong class. What do you mean wrong class? Do you have only 1 6 star? There are lots of places T5cc is coming from now. Only thing required is the effort to complete those.
TB was not targeted at players who could barely make one R3. That's not a Thronebreaker-caliber player. TB is targeted at players who have a) completed Act 6 and thus theoretically speaking were able to move on to Act 7 and b) is focused on taking 6* champs to high rank - r2 and r3 specifically. By definition you cannot be focused on doing R3 rank ups but unable to do R3 rank ups. If you're not doing them, you're not doing them.
Conceptually, the idea was for TB players to already be sitting on three or more R3 rank ups. Think about that for a while, while you ponder your "bad luck" forming one single tiny T5CC. The problem is, if you make the requirement three R3s, some TB players sitting on lots of T5CC waiting for better rank up options would have to burn them on suboptimal champs. As a compromise, the devs decided to make the requirement one single R3, on the assumption that while that requirement was a little low, at least all true Thronebreaker players would now have no excuses. No true Thronebreaker player could complain about needing just one single R3. If you couldn't even make one, no way were you among the top tier of players focused on R3 rank ups. That's just ridiculous.
The side effect, however, was a bunch of Cavalier players who thought having one single R3 was some magic ticket to TB, a magic ticket you needed luck to achieve. It is not. A Cavalier player could get lucky and become TB a little head of schedule, just like crystal luck has always sometimes allowed players to advance faster than normal. But the fact of the matter is, if you think you need luck to become Thronebreaker, you're not actually a Thronebreaker-caliber player yet. You're supposed to have a bunch of R3s, but they had to draw the line somewhere and the devs decided to cut the players a break and ensure that luck *did not* block a TB-caliber player from becoming TB. And it does not. It does allow some Cavalier players to sneak under the rope with really good luck, but it prevents bad luck from holding back any deserving player.
As a former Cav player I can say for sure - luck DO MATTER. Cause I had (and basically still have) awful roster of 6* garbage, and for me luck did incredibly funny - formed almost three catalysts WITHOUT fully forming a single one completely. Only Nexus shards from Cav difficulty saved me from being pushed away from the content I CAN and I DO right now. Luck is not a point?
heh. sure.
Are you someone that has and is continuing to grow a highly expansive 6* roster? The fact that you say your 6* roster is "awful" suggests not. Are you doing everything possible to acquire as much catalysts as possible for rank up, including T5C? It doesn't sound like you're doing that either. And yet you became Thronebreaker, exactly as I said was possible with good luck.
But if you were one of the players that Thronebreaker specifically targets, you wouldn't need luck. You'd have lots of R3 options, more than you could rank. You'd have lots of catalysts, more than enough to be ranking 6* champs continuously. The R3 requirement would be a tiny unnoticeable speed bump along your progression path. The fact that you think bad luck held you back, and then good luck fixed your problem, means you got there early.
Also, it doesn't matter what you think you can do. This isn't a juggling contest. This is a progression game. You progress by meeting the requirements for progress. Not when you think you deserve to.
Your bigger point is right, though. Look where we’ve gone since TB was announced. For that matter, look what has happened since last Black Friday: variant 6 and 7, 7.1 and 7.2, the change of cavalier EQ to a 10% nexus. They’ve been offering 20% per month via sidequest and special objectives, and this month it’s up to 30%.
I got stuck with a tech catalyst and had to r3 mysterio to make use of it on my alt. I never use him. My main has amazing 6-star luck. My alt has awful luck. I made Thronebreaker ASAP on my alt to get the extra AQ and calendar rewards, and I’m on the cusp of Claire and Stryfe being my second and third r3. Would I be able to use 3 more t5cc if they magically appeared? Nope, but I’ve at least had a few gems among the 45ish champs.
Okay. OKAY. I got it.
But think about this - some players DONT want to explore Act 6 (because it's trash) to get straight resources for rank up. And totally a lot of players dont want to go to Abyss (but could), because it's not enjoyable, it's time consuming and basically it's just a competition of your amount of units and revives/potions, there are NO SKILL for that content, only dumb zerg-rush with meat-champs that consume your time (and, by the way, there is real life too).
So when someone tell that luck is not a point to become TB cause if you need it you are not a TB-level player... So... Really?
What DNA said is correct. A true TB caliber player, doesn’t have to rely on luck to get the title.
When you don't complete content where t5cc is available and just wait for t5cc to form from cav eq, then you are depending on luck. Unless you are saying you have only 1 class if 6 stars, then I think you are too picky on your 6 star r3.
1 - You don't need r3 attackers or defenders to defeat the hardest content in the game. 7.2, abyss, gauntlet, summer of pain are all doable with 5r5, 6r2 champs
2 - They are not totally useless. Put them on defense. Use for auto fighting when farming revives in earlier quests
3 - You might even luck out and that champ gets a buff/overhaul. Just look at Diablo for example
4 - Most important of all, you'll become TB. Where you'll get access to more r3 materials and 6* shards/crytals. Then you can afford to be picky and wait until you get your dream champ for your next r3
Just think of your first r3 as a investment to get a chance at better rewards. The longer you wait, the more you lose out.
He is a metal champ I didn't get objective from completing it.
Ran it twice and restarted. No points
