War Machine Armor Break Is Not Working In Cav EQ

As title says. War Machine's Armor Break is not heal blocking opponents in the cav EQ. Check Video.
PS: I have 0 points in Pacify.

It never Heal blocked.
I wanted to test the damage ramp up with passive furies from the cav EQ node and his sp3 with armor break but never got the passive furies.

Description of the Issue: The Tech Cav EQ node that should inflict passive heal block on defenders where they are armor broken is not working with War Machine's sp2 armor break.

Same issue, can get it work after throwing a special 1 but I don't know why that works. IPhone 12 pro max.

Sucks that it makes the fight so much longer. This fight with Cable was so lengthy and exhausting.
