Delayed till after parry and dex issue is resolved

It’s delayed til after the the Aug update with the hot fix . War season 28 as well, ignore the new season timer it will be postponed

It got delayed again, so it’s probably coming out next Wednesday if the issue is solved by then, which I hope and think it will be.
