Can you please explain

Ghost phasing cannot be stopped by Falcon's lock on . But can be stopped with crit failure by Domino.

Is phasing considered a defensive ability? How does it interact with AAR? What is special about domino crit failure? Thank you

Falcon only does DAAR and domino does a full aar is the only thing I can think of

Falcon would need to hit her to apply the aar. Miss happens earlier than that (unlike evade, which is why he can stop that).

Fintech

Ghosts phase passive isn't a defensive ability so Falcons lock on will not stop it from activating. Domino passively reduces ability accuracy which can stop Ghost from triggering her phase passive when dashing back but if the effect does trigger, ability accuracy reduction of any kind will not stop her from causing your hits to miss
