Arena help button issues.

When I press the help icon, it shows that I did press help but instead of sticking that champ to the bottom like normal, it just stays in place. Was wondering if anybody else noticed this.

It is something that happens to me often. I have to restart the game for a fix. I am unsure if a bug ticket is open.
