Missing mythic shards [Merged Threads]

Yesterday I bought 100 mythic shards 2 times from the bugle store, and today I see that this mythic shard amount has been updated to 500 per purchase rather than the original 100

I'm not sure why the price has changed , I hope a I can get the correct amount? I have attached a screenshot of the price before and after , including my mythic shard count (200)

    I’ve seen a bunch of people with 200 mythic shards instead of the 1000 I personally have

    So are these people going to get the other 800 shards they need? A little communication would be neat here.

    No there are definitely people with only 200 shards and other with 1k. Something is wrong. Either 200 is correct or 1k is correct. Hopefully it's 1k and the people missing 800 shards get theirs.

    Thanks man. I’m assuming they’ll send out the extra 800 to whoever bought it when it was 200. At least I’m hoping they do 😅

    I know the games quite broken at this point, but it's nice to see some new crystals. Until you are missing 800 Shards that is.

    Any opinions on the new crystals. I've never gotten a five star in the login, the drop rates are the same according to my knowledge.

    I got the mythic crystal shards from the daily bugle store and for some reason one of the purchases gave me 100 shards instead of the 500 shards listed. I bought the second one and it said 600, so it wasn’t a display issue. Unsure if anyone else encountered this issue

    I think the second part is a bug for you. I bought both and only have 200 shards. It might have been updated inbetween after they decided it will cost us 10k shards to open one. Since it is 5x as much as 2000 for a regular crystal.
