What happened to Duel Tickets??

Hey all, I may have missed it or forgotten. But what happened to the Duel Tickets we always got in arenas? I don’t remember Kabam saying anything about removing them at all. Was this another one of the famous “silent nerfs/adjustments/balances” or whatever you choose to call it??

Unfortunately kabam removed them from solo events, imo the 5 duel limit is quite useless, kabam should make it unlimited duels there is truly no point of having a limit.

Personally I agree, but I think they believe putting a limit on the duels foments more activity. Like this months objectives with Vision. If you just used the five duel limit you would have to go through 4 days each for G2099 and P2099 lest you beat them in other content.

The limit on duels is probably down to preventing too much practice. If there was no duel limit, one could repeatedly fight a champion they find difficult in the game, making it easy for them in the actual content. So a summoner would need to spend less on revives, boosts, health pots etc.

I don't think it matters at this point as the dueling system is broken now anyway?

I second this.

Alternatively, if the concern is being able to knock out events and objectives too easily, then I’d suggest it’s time for a mode that allows unlimited duels against all champs in game but doesn’t reward points towards any events (maybe even a step towards that “Danger Room” that’s been talked about forever).

I understand what you’re saying but duels are easy. And duels also don’t account for the nodes the champs will have in content

Duels are what you make of them. You can find a high 5 or 6 star to duel and take in a 2-3 star for practice. It’s what I used to do when the solo events were rife with dual tickets.

And I never mentioned the nodes, so replying to me like a did is nonsense.

One of the reasons the stopped giving the tickets, I think it's because of the "danger room" thing they announced. Nobody knows when this will happen though.
