Do i need to change any of my masteries?

These are my current masteries, I was wondering if there are any I should specifically get or change around - I can do a lot of arena grinding to get units if there are certain masteries that will help the most

I would take 4 points out of limber and the 4 out of the fury masteries. I’d either invest in getting willpower and to do that you need to put more points in defense first, probably recovery and stand your ground. You could also put a few more in mystic dispersion or glass cannon. Despair and the stuff after it are also good masteries to invest in for the future, but I probably wouldn’t do that until after the other stuff I’ve mentioned if you want to get willpower.

I might redistribute points in your proficiencies section.

Realistically an additional 10% reduction in block damage with parry isn't game changing and could free up 2 more points for another spot.

Increased fury is good IF you tend to use those that benefit from it at a higher rate. Otherwise, you could increase the attack rating for everyone in your roster with points in glass cannon.

Similar thing for mystic dispersion, great if using the appropriate characters to benefit from it, though the simultaneous use of enhanced fury and mystic dispersion rewards the use of opposing classes generally (Cosmic and Mystic)

You've got a good base here, as you unlock more points, you may look into Willpower, Despair, Open Wounds, Assassin or Salve. Depending on your roster, suicides may be useful but that's a big investment.
