Unable to Join AQ

Been a while since I posted but here I go.

I can't join AQ, I tried asking Support for help, they told me to suck it up. What the actual f.
Such professionalism after we pay you to keep the game afloat.

Yep that is kabam support in a nutshell. They barely ever offer an actual solution and 99% of the time tell you to just suck it up

The problem is I'm being a baggage to the whole other 29 members by not getting it done.

Yo kabam mods, tell the support to also do their actual job please. It's not like resetting my AQ entry is that actually difficult in the server side.

Did you change allies while you were already in AQ or something? That's where this usually happens. Just because you leave an ally, doesn't mean you're out of the old AQ cycle. Usually, once their aq day ends, then you can join your new allies aq day... But only if they haven't started the aq day yet. If they did, then you have to wait til it restarts tomorrow too.

Roger that. Just checking. Yeah, that's really strange. Have you tried to see if it's the same on a different device? If it is a *server error" likely won't make a difference, but maybe worth a shot... Especially if you have an Android and iOS device.

Yeah i did on another device still the same error. Now the support people aren't even replying to me for hours.
