My problem is that the science mystic dual crystal and the featured 6 star hero crystal shards are unavailable to get.

Well nobody can help you since your question doesn't make any sense. There are no 6* featured shards or dual crystal shards. There are only basic shards with which you can buy those crystals.

I heard getting the shards for crystals caused for easy openings

Not sure if this is a troll or not but here goes...

Just save your standard red 5* shards. They are the same thing. Don't purchase the normal 5* crystal when you have the 10k saved up and instead you will be able to purchase the class crystal.

If you want the featured crystal, you will have to save up 15k (not going to even mention the sigil black market store until you've first grasped this basic concept).

Are you a begineer? You have to do high level content to earn shards over time. Once you have enough shards, you will be able to get your crystal.
