Miles easily. He’s confirmed to get a buff next month, but there is no spotlight or abilities yet because it’s too early

I’m pretty sure Moon might us been hinted at getting a buff at some point, but yeah, Miles is a pretty clear choice for me

Moon knight. Miles is gettting an overhaul but i really just love moon knights animations and he’s bound to get a buff eventually. Looks awesome too. Currently miles is probably the best option.
