Looking for alliance

I'm looking for a semi-casual alliance that works to get good rewards but isn't too demanding. I've done up to map 5 and I am a boss killer. I have two R5 4 stars and 2 R3 5stars message me in game or on Line app for screenshots @Agent of Peace
