Thing without cheese?

Does anyone use Thing without cheese?

I’m curious about about act 6/7/EQ viability.

Don’t have a good HT option for synergy.

I do have Doom

I like the character, but the long ramp up every fight and seemingly narrow utility have me concerned.

yeah ran out of it the other day and couldn’t go to the store so I used him without.

He’s still fun, just not the hit me, cmon hit me type he is with the synergies

Yep, used him as a 5*r4 in 6.1, 6.2. Used him less and less as I got more champs, but he's still very good. His damage takes a bit to get to, but he hits pretty hard once you get him to 60 furies. Also he was my 2nd/3rd good five star so he carried me quite a bit.

I'll have to disagree with 'Narrow Utility' part. Bleed, Shock, Armor Break, Armor Shatter, Nullify and Stagger Immune. I very much like to throw sp3 with 20 Rock Stacks. Damage can be quite good after that. After throwing special attack he nullifies unstoppable buff for next 8 seconds when he hits opponents. Can remain unstoppable throughout the fight. Also his awakened ability is so good to have. It can save u from so many situations.

I'd definitely take him up. Really good for AQ, Few of the war fights as well (Ex. Power Snack, EMP Mod, Buffet)
Yeah his Damage is not that impressive without Champion synergy but he got some really great utility that can get use in so many situations.

He has some nice utility but takes a while to get into his damage.

I'd use him more if his SP1 STOPPED CRASHING MY DEVICE

With full synergy teams you basically let him get hit for awhile and then wreck stuff.

I'd probably only use him for *cheese. My version of Thing cheese (no) is expanded to max sig cheese against enhanced Attack.

I have a 6* Thing too, but he'll probably stay r1 for a long while.

He was great for the SOP Symbiote Supreme. Used him for shock immunity in some quests.
