What if: a buff strategy theory

What if the design and development teams intend to send the single meme-st tier champ from each Class to the top of the meta?

We already saw this happen with Magneto from the Mutant class.
Do you think we could potentially see the same for:
Miles from the Science class
Iron Fist from the Mystic class
Groot from the Cosmic class
Iron Patriot from the Tech class
And Moon Knight from Skill class?

    I think the Magneto buff was actually more of a coincidence with his character’s skill set translation in game to give him such a widely powerful set of utility. The way the game’s combat circle works he should be weak to everything that he’s strong against in the lore and translating that into game mechanics properly meant he’d inevitably be a monster.

    i mean i don't want to be mean but i think they've already thought of that. i think they're trying to give overhauls the most time and effort to get them right. it's fine if a moderate buff doesn't make a champ the top of their class. take angela for example. she was a good champ to start with, and her buff just made her a bit better.

    edit: also, i think winter soldier is a worse champ than moon knight so i would put him at the bottom of the skill class

    Would love to see moon knight at the top of the class.

    I bet we will see some sort of changes for him around the time of his show. Love his design so I hope he becomes better at some point

    I hear you, but this is what I'm trying to say:
    Do you really think they've thought about intentionally sending the meme-deemed champions to the top of the meta? Because it would be both ironic and well-received, which is what an ideal buff should look like to me.

    I'd change the list to this

    Science - Sentry
    Mystic - Dr strange
    Cosmic - Black Bolt
    Tech - Kang
    Skill - idk

    These make more sense to be top of the meta imo when you consider their powers in the comics.

    Yes but where's the fun in that? The whole point was to send long-standing memes to the top.

    Additionally:
    1) Miles synergizes well with the Spider-verse
    2) Iron Fist synergizes well with the Defenders
    3) Groot synergizes well with the Guardians
    4) IP synergizes well with other Iron Men I suppose
    5) Moon Knight synergizes well with .. Batman

    Also Kang is a trophy champ so no point making him OP.

    Diablo says that if you spend enough time drinking at his apothecaries you will build up posion resistance just like him.. but be warned his tolerance for uh adult beverages is unrivalled (and this comes from a scotswoman after a visit to said apothecary)

    Magneto and Colossus made sense comics-wise. The one you listed however do not. It's sad enough Ghost is better than Sentinel or Iron Man.

    Well we might be. Never really tested it. I just drink whats infront of me and hope for the best.
