How to win a fight with medium attack?

I was trying to win a fight with my 4* champ without using my sp attacks. But it won't give me the bonus points. Can anyone explain me how to execute those medium attacks?

It is a good event to learn how-to-play In my alliance a lot of member didn't know the medium attack
