Why does limbo energy damage scale up in aw?

As the title says. Limbo energy damage is a “fixed” number under magik’s abilities but scales up in damage when in alliance war. While say Morningstar’s bleed (also a fixed number) doesn’t scale up?

Kabam removed the regen increase from awd nodes for 12.0 but left uncontrollable damage to scale up as they want?

The only thing than does not scale up is regen. All the offense abilities do scale up! Including Limbo, Iceman coldsnap, bleed, degen, shock, etc...

Tested Morningstar’s bleed and it didn’t scale up.

It's not a fixed number. It scales off her attack. You see the number based on her current attack
