Do u login in the game consistently? Their were 2 timers on the rewards : 36hrs (in the mailbox) and 7 days in the reward stash. some people were claiming that 36 hrs timer was the correct one. So maybe if u have not claimed they might have expired.

In case u were consistently logging in the game and still didnt got the rewards than contact the support from in-game.

I was in a vacation. So i didnt logged into the game. There was 36 hrs timer in In game msg but i saw In stash that was for 7 days. So i didnt claimed it.

So u are saying that u saw in stash that it was for 7 days which means they sent you the rewards and they simply got expired after 36 hrs. try contacting the support but i am not sure they will resolve it or not.

Yea this is their mistake for giving it for 36 hrs via message and showing for 7 days in stash.

I can't imagine a 36h timer on rewards you've earned during a 9-week event, after which they are just gone. That seems incredibly stupid. There's probably something else going on, or (if not) that timer is a bug.
