G2099 VS Guardian

I am considering ranking up guardian to 6* rank 3 over g2099 which I have as 5*r5. What do you guys think is it a good bet. Both are unduped and I haven't played with both of them, considering I have warlock and Ultron taking prime spots. Which one?

    I wouldn’t Rank 3 Guardian without dupe and some sigs

    You really want to have guardians utility for sustainability and synergies. although it doesn’t matter from a damage standpoint I wouldn’t recommend taking him up without a dupe and sigs to take him up
