Jarnbjorn crystal drop rate issue

Hey all. I just want to voice out my deep regrets with my drop rate for Jarnbjorn crystal(3*-5*). I bought 17 that crystals in total. Turned out that all i got are 3 star and just 2 4* champs(x23&deadpool). I felt like i've been really trashed by you Kabam. U make me dont want to spend any dime anymore. I feel distraughtful today. All i really want are just 4/5* thor(ragnarok). One is enough!! Please hear me out kabam :'(

    You got two 4* champs out of 17? That's not too bad. The drop rate for 5* champs from these is theoretically the same as getting a 4* from a PHC. So getting one in 17 (and a specific one at that) is, quite frankly, unreasonable.

    I used all my units and $100 on 50 crystals got 1 4* champ (Mrs. Marvel Danvers) You did a lot better than me. However one guy in my alliance bought 30 and got 5* Thor Ragnarok, 4* Thor Ragnarok, duped 4* Blade 6 Times and got 3 more 4* and 2 more 5*

    I know this will probably make you feel worse but I bought one and got 4* Blade.

    Yes the drop rates are awful. I bought 10 and they were all 3 stars. $100 for ten 3 stars. I am an idiot.
