Possible havok boss bug

Fighting Havok boss in 6.3 and he's gaining crazy power. Based on the nodes he has his power gain does increase over time. There is cornered which adds power when a damaging debuff is applied but it's activating on stun as well. Am I missing something or is this yet another bug.
