This is my mutant roster. I would appreciate any input on who to rank up. I'm leaning towards cable since I have apoc. But if anyone thinks someone else is worth a R3 then I would greatly appreciate it. I do have to rank up someone in under 25 days since a mutant t5cc is in overflow.
