Ranking up wrong champ by accident

Level up is running, so I was going to rank up my 6 star cable to 3, but I somehow managed to rank up Bishop instead ( Don’t watch tv and make rank ups like these at the same time).
Is it worth writing to support, or will they probably not be able to do anything anyways?
Anyone here done something similar before?

    Try contacting support, quickly. As long as you haven't leveled up past lvl 1, they might help you.

    Also don't my rule of thumb, don't share your joy of a rank up experience with your kid. You might find many undesired rank ups.
